Friendly and helpful staff. Facilities such as the 'little gym' and laundry are nice features if you are in transit.
It can get quite loud outside during the night at times.
Location near to GWCC
Area always scared me of travelling alone or even during day hours. Number of unwanted people can be seen during travelling to GWCC. One cannot think of going anywhere from the place without the taxi/cab if you are travelling withy family not even to GWCC. Taxicab drivers always overcharge you and passengers even cant complaint to anyone. Housekeeping Staff of hotel donot change the towels or bedsheet everyday but they may try to keep the same and pack even if it is dirty. I have to request the deskmanager to get the things changed. But this scenario is poor when you are visiting States because expectations are high.
the staff so nice thats most iportant thing to me
The additional resources available, shops, spa, restaurant.
The noise level was horrible, it sounded as if the people above us, and next door were coming through the walls/ceiling, very disturbing. The windows did not have black out curtains, my husband had to put up sheets to block out the light so that we could try and rest.
Not much. The location is horrible and the rooms were very small and more like a dorm than a hotel
The location and the appearance of the hotel, small rooms and I was charged for a "no show" when I was only scheduled for one night, resulting in me having to call and complain and I still havent received my reimbursement.
Easy access to the Stadium Aquarium the resturant next door was excellent the sunday Brunch is awesome The rooms were nice and for the most part staff was polite and helpful
My reservations were completely out of order I asked for tow rooms with two double beds and I was given two rooms with single beds I then asked for a third room with double beds and recieved two rooms with single beds and I spent two days discussing my billing issues with staff
It was within walking distance of the GA Dome. There was a nice Mexican restaurant within walking distance that served really good food at great prices.
The room was a little strange. It appeared that two rooms had been put together to form one. There was no way to turn on the shower
It was spacious and comfortable. I liked the size of the bathroom. I think all rooms should have a stereo
I didn't like that the room was so far from the elevator and it really need an elevator in the middle of the floors. Instead of valet parking why can't we have bell boys?
I did not like the fact that the hotel was residence to some unsavory characters. It seemed to be a hotel for indigents, working girls and the homeless.
Reserved a deluxe double room and was checked in to a regular double. Staff seemed confused about the deluxe double and tried to make it seem like they were the same type of rooms. Horrible part of town. Scared to go out close to that area without guns and guards.
Great location and value for where I needed to go.
Lobby was very nice, close to Georgia Dome
Could update room décor
Close to the Ga. Dome.No fees for parking unlike a lot of other hotels in most cities.
Could one find one elevator tucked away in the corner of the hotel about as far away from our room as possible.
I thought this hotel to be well worth its price and was totally impresses with the emplyees.
Chris the lady who checked me in was great. The gentleman who relived her had VERY UNPROFESSIONAL customer service skills. Was rude to everyone who came in.
Just the staff member above.
